Big Smiles, a school-based mobile dental practice, is seeking am Administrative Assistant in Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas to help provide dental care to underserved children at their school.

Our innovative in school dental program offers something different than a traditional dental practice. With a workday that ends with the school day and no nights or weekends, our program is perfect for people looking for a diverse and different working environment, working parents and anyone who wants to make a difference in the dental field.

Your duties will include:

• Collecting children signed up for our dental clinics from their classrooms and walking them to our clinic area
• Organizing paperwork and charting for the dental hygienist
• Charting in our Dental software
• Handing out toothbrushes to children
• Communicating with school staff as needed
• Transporting company equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, upbeat, friendly, punctual, and efficient with their time.

Salary DOE range from $18 per hour plus travel pay.
